  You may try to troubleshoot this issue, by performing a clean boot in Windows. (This will helps eliminate whether the issue is caused by software conflicts.). Problem Solved. Windows 10 Pro. Office All Hyperlinks are working again. Apparently it's not an Office issue. It has to do with installing.

Ok, after reading a little more I saw where someone said that it might be a default browser issue. So, I went нажмите чтобы прочитать больше my default apps area and found that perventing was no browser setup as default.

I did not even have one organizaations select from. So, I went down to the bottom of the window and selected the option to "Set defaults by app". In that window, I selected Microsoft Edge. Under the right hand window that now shows Microsoft Edge, I selected "Set this program as default" It did it's thing. I closed all of these offics and restarted Outlook and now email links work again. I hope this might help others that run into this issue.

I'm using Outlook with Windows This just started happening with the latest update. Whenever I click a hyperlink in any email I see the following message:. It occurs with all links, not just from some specific sender. This is a standalone PC at my home, not on a business network. And unfortunately I am the help desk and I'm clueless. There is a fix on YouTube which I followed but I still have the same issue.

Can you try to test it from Word? Can you save an email locally and try to open the link again?

Does it open, after you right click on the hyperlink and paste the address in a web browser? Where is your mailbox hosted and did you try creating a new Outlook profile?
